FITNESS CLASSES AT GOSPORT MARTIAL ARTS

Fitness classes have evolved over recent years with the rise of group exercise classes like cross-fit, boxercise and dance orientated classes like Zumba. At Gosport Martial Arts, we have based the development of our fitness classes on traditional Martial Arts, Boxing, Kick-Boxing and Muay Thai.

Whether you are starting a new fitness regime or are looking to compliment or add to your current program, we have developed a stage based system that can be easily tailored to meet your goals. If you want to work on your core strength we can do it, if you want to improve your overall fitness we can do that too.

WHAT DO OUR FITNESS CLASSES INVOLVE?

Our Martial Arts inspired Fitness Classes last 45 minutes and involve a series of pad station, bag and free body exercise drills to give you an engaging full body workout. This will push both anaerobic resistance and aerobic development along with coordinated striking movements and flexibility. All of these drills are completed with a partner and overseen by one of our instructors.

Our classes are a unique way of developing your fitness and a great way to meet new people.
