Ladies Only Fitness Classes & Ladies Kickboxing for Beginners

Our Ladies classes are fantastic, fun and full of energy. Come along to get fit, learn a new skill, make new friends, stay healthy or simply burn off that extra slice of birthday cake. You can join these classes at any level, from beginner through to the more advanced martial artist.

Ladies Kickboxing for Beginners Course

This is a 6 week course designed for people who have never tried or experienced a martial art before. The aim is to introduce you to all the basic techniques of kickboxing.

Week 1 – Punching Techniques: Jab, Cross, Hooks and Uppercuts.

Week 2 – Kicking Techniques: Front Kicks, Thai Kicks and Side Kicks.

Week 3 – Knee Techniques: Front Knees and Side Knees

Week 4 – Elbow Techniques: Side Elbow, Circular Elbow and Upward Elbow.

Week 5 & 6 – Combining techniques the you have learnt during the previous weeks to create combinations.

Completing our beginners kickboxing course will give you a running start for our weekly ladies kickboxing sessions so you can make the most out of time spent in the gym.

Ladies Only Kickboxing Classes

The GMA Ladies kickboxing classes are for those who have either previous experience of kickboxing or martial arts and for those who have completed our kick boxing course for beginners.

Our aim with this class is to help you develop your fitness, coordination and technique through creative and fun pad combinations whilst working with a training partner.

The end goal for our students is to enjoy exercise, build friendship and help them develop a healthier exercise orientated lifestyle.
