Gosport Martial Arts regular classes are from 4pm to 9pm Monday to Friday.
GOSPORT MARTIAL ARTS CLASSES
Adult Thai Boxing Classes
Classes cover basic technique and fitness through to combo creation, pad drills, defensive techniques, sparring and ring craft. These classes are for anyone looking for an involving and socially engaging sport.
All ages and fitness levels welcome.
Kids Martial Arts
Our classes for children are a fusion of taekwondo, kick boxing and jujitsu. We make each class fun, positive, well disciplined and safe.
Age Range: 5-12.
Ladies Only Classes
Our Ladies classes are fantastic, fun and full of energy. Come along to get fit, learn a new skill, make new friends, stay healthy or simply burn off that extra slice of birthday cake. You can join these classes at any level, from beginner through to the more advanced martial artist.
Fitness Level – All levels.
1-to-1 Lessons
We offer 1-to-1 classes for students who are after a more specific training program. Get in touch to book a session with one of our instructors.
Open Sessions
Our open sessions are for students to either focus on specific aspects of their training with guidance from our coaching staff, or for free training. Open to all gym members.
